Request Terry Goddard, Attorney General of Arizona to:
- Have Dugan and Jake returned to Joanne Williams.
- Immediately order a cessation of ALL business and fundraising activities by the organization
- Begin an investigation into the practices and policies of the Arizona Golden Retriever Connection, an all-volunteer Arizona non-profit 501 C 3 organization.
- Develop a system of operational and financial oversight for ALL non-profit organizations in Arizona (i.e. Homeowners’ associations, charitable, benevolent, educational, athletic, cultural groups, social clubs, et al.) so that similar situations can not occur which create such emotional, physical, and financial duress, harm, and/or devastation to those involved in incidents with non-profits.
